LOVE, LOVE, LOVEHELLO, WELL AFTER HAVING RECEIVED MY PRODUCT ABOUT 6 WEEKS AGO I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET MY HAIR COLORED ON SATURDAY 26TH. AS I MENTIONED WHEN I CANCELLED THE AUTOMATIC SHIPMENT, I HAD BACK SURGERY SEVERAL MONTHS AGO, SO I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A GOOD DAY WHERE I'M NOT IN ALOT OF PAIN. AS JUST SITTING UP IN A CHAIR LONG ENOUGH TO GET THE PRODUCT APPLIED IS HARD AT TIMES, & THE SHAMPOOING OUT OF THE COLOR TAKES A BIG TOLL ON MY BACK AS I DONT RINSE IT OUT IN THE SHOWER AS IT WILL STAIN THE WALLS, SO BENDING OVER & USING THE SPRAYER ATTACHED TO THE FAUCET IS PRETTY HARD ON MY BACK. BUT, NOW TO THE GREAT PART. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT THAT WAS FORMULATED SPECIFICALLY FOR MY HAIR NEEDS. I HAVE USED VARIES STORE BRANDS & ALSO PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT SUPPLY STORES AND NOTHING COMPARES TO THIS PRODUCT. MY HAIR HAS NEVER CAME OUT SO SHINY, SILKY AND WITH SUCH GREAT GRAY COVERAGE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE FORMULA THAT WAS MADE FOR MY HAIR BY ANSWERING A FEW QUESTIONS & SENDING A PHOTO. I WANT TO THANK THE PERSON WHO FORMULATED MY COLOR, TERRIFIC JOB. IF MY BACK WAS IN BETTER CONDITION I WOULD SIGN UP FOR AUTOMATIC SHIPMENTS BUT, I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THE HAIR COLOR SITTING AROUND FOR WEEKS AT A TIME BEFORE I AM FEELING WELL ENOUGH TO COLOR MY HAIR, BELIEVE ME IF I WERE ABLE TO COLOR MY HAIR EVERY 3-4 WEEKS I WOULD, AS I HATE HOW ALL MY ROOTS GROW OUT VERY GRAY AND SO IN SPOTS IT LOOKS AS IF I AM BALD UGH. I WILL BE PURCHASING THE SAME FORMULA AGAIN SOON & HOPEFULLY WONT HAVE TO WAIT TO COLOR MY HAIR FOR SEVERAL WEEKS LIKE I DID THIS TIME. Cant get a cool blondeI tried multiple incarnations of the ashy or cool blonde, specified no orange at all multiple times, but unfortunately each colour came out orange. I have had demi-permanent blonde many times from my hair stylist and it was never orange, but their colour is. My stylist cant understand why I cant get an ashy blonde, since it is easy for her. Also, after six weeks the colour hasn't washed out, it is still orangey. I never do permanent colour, but it looks like I may have to bleach this out if its still there in a month. I tried for months, but each tone looked strawberry (orange) instead of cool ashy blonde. Tired of orangey now.
