Meh.........I loved the idea of customized color. Sadly it didn't live up to my expectations. I thought that by getting the violet color in the brown color section that I would have beautiful dark purple hair. Not even close.....My hair is now dark brown. There isn't even a hint of purple. CUSTOMER HAIR COLORI WASN'T AS HAPPY AS I THOUGHT I WOULD BE.. I APPLIED COLOR ON 06/12 AND ALREADY THE COLOR IS FADING AWAY IN MY ROOTS AND MY OVERALL COLOR IS VERY DULL LOOKING NO SHINE AT ALL... AWFUL!The root color was darker than I asked for, but I could live with that. The "ends" color turned to glue in the shower and would not wash out! I shampooed my hair FOUR TIMES and it's STILL not out! The color on the ends turned out a greenish blackish color (when I asked for blonde with red undertones)! Seriously, what is IN this stuff?! WasteIt did absolutely nothing to my hair. I spent money for nothing more than have to fix it later on with what I was avoiding, utterly expensive hairdressers.
