Meh.........I loved the idea of customized color. Sadly it didn't live up to my expectations. I thought that by getting the violet color in the brown color section that I would have beautiful dark purple hair. Not even close.....My hair is now dark brown. There isn't even a hint of purple. CUSTOMER HAIR COLORI WASN'T AS HAPPY AS I THOUGHT I WOULD BE.. I APPLIED COLOR ON 06/12 AND ALREADY THE COLOR IS FADING AWAY IN MY ROOTS AND MY OVERALL COLOR IS VERY DULL LOOKING NO SHINE AT ALL...
