My color was a perfect match for my skin tone. Instructions were clear and it was easy to apply. The included shampoo and conditioner are luxurious. I only gave four stars because it didn't cover my gray as well this time.

Excellent gray coverage! My hair isn't dried out ! Been using this product for a year and love the simplicity of it - home delivery, ease of color adjustment. My husband actually applies it for me . I get compliments all the time on my hair.

I have been coloring my hair for many years. Until I found eSalon I dealt with brittle, dry hair. Now I have softness and shine and get compliments all the time.

Love that the color is sent to me directly, no more having to run to the store to get it. I know it is a color that will look good as it was mixed just for me.
