Color doesn't holdI used the product excited for the results. Total disappointment to see the coverage on my greys were light and the overall shine I had gotten from other product was missing. Not so greatI have been a repeat customer for a couple of years. The last 2 colors - something has not been right. I have had to shampoo my hair immediately after coloring as it felt like something sticky was still in my hair and I had a hard time getting it out. Also my hair is very healthy and during the past 2 months my hair has been very dry and brittle immediately after color and drying for a bout a week. Not worth the moneyThe first shipment was ok, it honestly didn't cover the grey any better then the box dye from Walmart. But for a few extra bucks it's not bad. Then comes time to reorder. Never had my hair color turn out better (even going to the salon)I must admitted I was a little skeptical about ordering hair color online. However, I must say my hair has never came out better even when going to the salon to have it done professionally. The professional color stylist at eSalon looked at my photos and must have understood exactly what I was trying to achieve. I finally got the red out and true rich brown to come through and shine. I love it.. And I must mention how fair and reasonably priced it has been. I have been a member with eSalon for 6 months now and don't plan on cancelling anytime at all. Also, I have just put my first order in for some styling products. Once I receive them and test them out I will be back to give an honest review. No worries haircoloringI had never colored my hair before because I stressed about all the different choices of product but most of all all the choices of color. I have always loved my hair color and was afraid I would choose something that didn't match what I wanted. When I learned about eSalon I gave it a try. It is so easy and I got exactly the color I wanted on the first try. I also love the detailed instructions that walked me through the process and the fact that they include gloves, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Everything I need in one package delivered right to me.
