Love this color/product!I've been a customer of eSalon for almost a year now. The service, timeliness of orders and products overall are excellent! My only question would be in regards to my every 8 week color order. Often times after completing my color application, there seems to be alot of the mix left (which has to be discarded). And often times I feel like my roots need a quick touch up in between my every 8 week color application. I purchased and use the Color Kiss touch up cream and it's great, but temporary. I'm wondering if there is a way to divide my every 8 week color in half to receive partial every 4 weeks? Not sure if this makes sense but thought I'd pose the question while I'm writing this review. Hair colouringThe issue I have been having with this product is it washes out within a week. Even using your shampoo, conditioner and color stay Is this a known issue? Color doesn't holdI used the product excited for the results. Total disappointment to see the coverage on my greys were light and the overall shine I had gotten from other product was missing.
