Everything I had hoped for.This process was so easy, from filling out questionnaire online, expressing my concerns to a color specialist and receiving the product. The instructions included were very helpful and helped make the process a little less stressful. Great colourSo ... more than I would normally spend to do my roots BUT the colour is perfect, my hair feels great and the coverage on my grey is really good - better than the brand I normally use. Great high quality product!My colorist blended the exact cool toned brown that I requested. It was very easy to use with clear instructions. I got many compliments and my hair looks beautiful! Usually my hair turns orange after a week or two post color and this has not happened four weeks out with this product.
