I love my new hair color. My grey went away!I'm very happy with my new hair color. I went with demi-permanent soft black/intense pearl, and I'm considering going with permanent for my next order. 1st time trying e- salon.Since inflation is getting all of us,I decided to try e- salon to salon on going to get my hair colored. It was a great decision. I love the process and the color is just great. I would like to try the new cherry bomb color or whatever the best would be or whatever my colorist would recommend I'm Italian and I have mediume olive skin color I've been told I'm more deep reds than blonde I don't know,but have tried both. Hopefully my colorest will get this, and my a decision for me and send it in my next shipment. Keep doing everything your doing. So happy I found you. Disappointed on hair color productThe color that was sent did not take to my hair. I had to go buy Loreal which did a great job covering my hair. My daughter who is a licensed cosmetologist did my color, and it looked great when it was processing, but when I rinsed my hair the outcome was very disappointing. I don't like the stripe lookYesterday, 2 Dec 24, I finally had a chance to use the newest color {Medium Brown (Golden)}. This is the 3rd color I have tried per the colorist Jennifer, and the 3rd fail…for lack of a better term. I feel like I’m back to square one with the “stripe” look on my roots. Granted the 2nd color was off, but better than the first and third. This recent color gave me pause when the color looked so light in the bottle when it first arrived, but it did darken up a bit before using it…whew. When mixed, it did darken up as well, and I left it on 45-50 minutes just in case. But alas, I have that stripe look. I thought it may be the lighting, but today I look like it’s time to color my roots and it was just done yesterday. My husband says it doesn’t look “that bad” and he mentioned that I do have spray to cover it up until we do it again…ho hum. My roots look “tinted”, but not colored and I am far from looking natural with the stripe down the middle of my head. I don’t like spending money to look goofy and I’d like to get away from using the spray on color to look halfway decent, but here I am. I have used all your recommendations, but I don’t see my hair getting lighter to ever match the color/s you recommend. Perhaps others like the stripe look, but it's just not for me...I don't like it. Amazing colourI am so impressed with this colour!! The instructions were fab, and it was so easy to apply. Everything i needed was included in the box. The results are amazing! The colour was absolutely spot on, and the shine is utterly amazing!
