Love the color but ...I love the color that I originally get from this product but it doesn't last long. I'm about 85% grey so it's hard for my hair to retain any color products. Like many other hair coloring products of various brands, I see tones of my color in the drain every time my hair gets wet. Not the right colourThe dye, at first, would not wash out and made my hair feel horrible. After washing my hair a few times it felt better but the colour looks the same as my natural hair colour (I ordered medium copper golden and my hair is light brown) and it is not even slightly redder, it is just duller. Copper results, want dark ash root cover.Tried this product for 18 months. It has easy to follow directions, it doesn't smell terrible, it looks shiny and covers the gray just the way I would like. BUT. It has literally turned my hair red. copper. orange. When the roots grow out...they are not red. Multiple color adjustments and Color Enhancing Treatment did not make much difference. I have realized that all the ads that I see for this product have reddish tones, and that maybe it's just not realistic to want non-red results from it. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. I didn't actually complete an orderI was thinking about re-ordering hair color with the company, but never actually hit the order button. I wake up the next morning to an email saying my order is being processed. Sneaky tactic to just charge someone if they have an order in their cart. I will not be ordering from you again as you do not operate with integrity. The hair color itself is fine, but not worth $25. I'm doneThis round had more red in it than my initial order, which I reviewed as having too much red in it. After consultation regarding my initial order dissatisfaction, you sent me a 100% black order, which I could not/did not use. To make up for that, you sent me this. Product burns scalpThis product burned my scalp unlike another hair color product I ordered through the mail. I purchased this product to try something different but since the product burned my scalp and the odor was overwhelming, I will not reorder and will go back to the previous company. Not as expectedWas very excited to try this but unfortunately did not live up to expectation. Made my hair very sticky even after rinsing it the 2nd time thinking it just needed more thorough rinsing. The colour was dull, compared to high street brands I've tried - no shine for some reason.
