Strawberry BlondeI was looking forward to using this service. However, I paid for one product the color wasn't what it was expected to be. I was sent a free product and another free product. I sent pictures and was asked to contact them. I did, and was told they couldn't get my color. I'd have to go to a colorist and have it adjusted before they could assist any further. Please cancel orderI like the color but not the process results. While putting it on everything it touches is stained. And for at least two weeks after it stains my hands and nails. Its like it was put on too thick. This last time I washed my hair three times after the coloring. It still stained my nails. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

color washed out around front of my face and sides after 2nd shampoosorry but I tried your product and it works the same way when I buy in the department store, not your fault. I must have gray hair that cannot hold color! Was just wishing your product would really work for me. Not the right colorAfter receiving my first color, I asked for one that was lighter with more copper. The second color was perfect. But for some reason this last color was the same as the first color! That makes no sense. I am not a happy camper and am thinking of cancelling 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Nice colorI really do like the color that resulted from using esalon products, however, the application in itself is rather messy and tedious. I did not like having to color my roots first, wait 25 minutes, then put more color on the rest of my hair, leave on for 5 minutes, then put more color on once I'm in the shower. I have long hair, so it was MESSY. Also my hair was extremely dry afterwards. I used the enclosed conditioner and shampoo, which was not even close to being enough for my long hair. Also, I did the pre testing beforehand as stated in the usage booklet, with no issues. However, once I actually colored my entire head, it began to burn horribly when I started to wash it out in the shower. I don't know if a reaction occurred when the color combined with water, but it was awful. I really do like the overall, even color, but will not use this product again, it's just not worth the hassle and I'd rather not have my head burn when coloring it. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Leaves hair greasySecond time using this product and after 3 shampoos in the same day, during washing out color, my hair still felt greasy and nasty. I've followed my instructions and even used my own shampoo after using the kind provided. Love the color, just not the feel after. Really wrong for meColour awful. I have the dark blonde hair (strawberry blondish in the light) and wanted to cover the few greys and make the highlights which had half grown out less noticeable. I asked for my hair to be my natural colour and sent photos. I ended up with ugly medium brown mahogany hair far too dark for my skin tone and blue eyes and no where near my natural colour which they could see from the 5 inch growth on my photos. Awful. I need to change it ASAP. The darkness also seems to show up greys? Had such high hopes- had a conversation with colourist and everything :( 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
