Not as expectedWas very excited to try this but unfortunately did not live up to expectation. Made my hair very sticky even after rinsing it the 2nd time thinking it just needed more thorough rinsing. The colour was dull, compared to high street brands I've tried - no shine for some reason. Response From Our ExpertsFrida- We apologize that you experienced more hair loss than normal and that your eyes were irritated during your application. When coloring hair, one of our safety recommendations referenced in our Product Safety & Usage guide (included with every hair color order) is to remove contact lenses before applying the color. However, if you must wear contact lenses and any product gets into your eyes, we advise removing your lenses before rinsing them. Hair color should not cause hair loss and we highly recommend consulting with your physician prior to coloring your hair again. We have gone ahead and reached out to you to ensure that our product is right for you. |
Colorist changed my colorI am very disappointed. My root color was correct and used as directed. The color for my roots was not correct and when I asked they just told me I must have not followed the instructions. I read the instructions as I have been for the last 20 years I have been coloring my hair. When I looked at the formula they did for the roots and the ends I see they changed the formula for the ends without even stating it in the instructions. I am very discouraged. I loved the colors they sent prior, they looked natural. I hope my furture orders are correct. This next time I will definitely check the color formulas before I apply them. Suffocating Chemical OdorBecause of my grey hair, I now have to buy the permanent hair color. The chemical was so strong that I had a hard time breathing and my eyes started to sting. I ended up not using the product. Not sure if you've had this type of complaint before.
