HorribleThis was the worst product I have used to date (including box color from the store). The 2 separate colors did exactly that, left the top of my head 1 color and the length a different color. Nice idea, difficulty getting right color, and 100% color happines guaranteed noI love the concept, but I have tried to get the right color 4 times without success. My natural hair tends to go orange or red when colored and I have wanted to get a natural neutral brown for my roots, to cover some gray areas, and always get a color that shines red or orange in the light. The first replacement was sent without a charge, but I have been charged for orders 3 and 4, and have not yet been successful at reaching the desired color. I have been told by a rep over the phone that I should go to a hair salon because they cannot achieve the color I want. Not so Great on my GraysI finally was able to color my hair with the product I purchased from eSalon. While I absolutely love the color, it did nothing for my grays. The first day right after coloring there were no grays, but now that it's been washed, they're visible. Custom Hair ColorI consider this company has poor service. I requested a change as advertised Response was given as if change was made. No product was sent until next scheduled shipment and it was not changed. I have stopped shipment of this product due to disappointment in false advertising. Review of Complaint--Do not sent a replacement at proper time and did not "customize" hair color with "personal colorist". DO NOT USE this Service--better off buying from store and saving money!
