4th formula and still not covering stubborn graysWhen I started coloring my hair, my grays were short but very noticeable. After 6 months they have grown so long and the color bottle for my "roots" still isn't covering my grays even though I'm running it down the whole strand. Not happy!I just used my first set last night. The ammonia smell was awful. Not happy with the results of the 2 bottles together. Roots are way darker than the ends. Too much contrast. You can actually see the defining line. Won't be ordering again. Used to Love it...I started using this product a while back and I loved the results. I requested a lighter shade and something must've gone wrong with the formula because the quality changed completely. I am now at the point of cancelling my order. I have looked for a way to do so but I cannot find a way online to cancel my membership. The color does not cover my grays anymore. After 2 washes it looks like I never colored my roots.
