First time userWhile I loved the color, the waxy coating was weird. After coloring my hair, a waxy coating was left on my hair. I washed it multiple times and finally got it out. Waxy residueThe wax residue problems continue! I can't shampoo it enough to get rid of the sticky wax it leaves! I have noticed this problem each month for the last 8 or so months. I have followed the instructions after notifying esalon about this problem and is still remains. Do not bother looking for help if you need it.I used the product and it turned my hair a horrible color. I could not get a real person to speak to or email. They apparently are not there on weekends and when ever they check the general note box is when they will see my problem. darker than expectedtoo dark in color. thought I was getting something closer to black-brown or espresso. I received something that turned my hair closer to jet black, which is not quite a match for my skin. First UseI received my first order and was very excited to get started. I loved the fact that I did not have to spend a lot of time waiting in a salon and the expense of salons. Although I am still excited about this product, my first experience did not turn out so well. I wanted to go back to my natural color of blonde and it turned out to be strawberry blonde, which is a pretty color, but not at all the color for me. The product did make my hair shiny and soft. Great Grey Coverage, but needs to leave hair shinier...I followed the directions and the results were too dark overall. The product did cover my stubborn grey, even along the hairline, which is the most stubborn.
