Good but expensiveI like the hair color. It covers my grey well and looks very natural. Would have rated five stars if it wasn't for the cost with shipping and handling is too much. Recieved product that I had asked forI did receive the color that I had asked for on my first order, noticed that it did go on much darker than I had anticipated. Sent e-mail and update on next order to send a lighter shade. Order again came as I had asked. Again, after applying , the color was much, much darker than I had anticipated. It could just be how my hair takes color. The product does last for a good 6 months but does fade during this time frame. color doesn't lastI love the color and how it makes my hair soft , but it does nt last. I m disappointed in that. Film on HairIt felt like there was a thick film on my hair, which made it look like I hadn't washed it in a long time. I had to wash my hair 4 times to get rid of the heavy oily look. LOVE the Color but hair is a bit dryThe color is fabulous. The only issue is that after doing the roots and waiitng and then doing the all over, rinse per directions with extra etc. my hair is in bad condition until I buy another product to make it better. Need a better conditioner or perhaps more than one application after color. Will keep using until I find a better product but the dryness is really frustrating, and I have to invest in other products whereas at the salon my hair comes out so shiny and soft even right after color. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
