Incredible product!As a lifelong salon client for colouring, personal changes meant I just couldn't afford to use a salon any more but the off the shelf products were so disappointing... colour faded very very quickly and was never true to what I thought it would be. The eSalon system is just fantastic, I love the colour, the product was easy to use AND was long lasting, just as good as a salon product. A little dark, but I'm not inclined to change itI found the colour thoroughly covered all my grey (never usually happens!) and I love the fact that it doesn't 'bleed' when I wash my hair. Good but expensiveI like the hair color. It covers my grey well and looks very natural. Would have rated five stars if it wasn't for the cost with shipping and handling is too much. Recieved product that I had asked forI did receive the color that I had asked for on my first order, noticed that it did go on much darker than I had anticipated. Sent e-mail and update on next order to send a lighter shade. Order again came as I had asked. Again, after applying , the color was much, much darker than I had anticipated. It could just be how my hair takes color. The product does last for a good 6 months but does fade during this time frame. color doesn't lastI love the color and how it makes my hair soft , but it does nt last. I m disappointed in that.
