New to Hair ColoringI have relied upon an expensive colorist for years and tried your product. As a complete novice to coloring my hair I cannot believe the incredible results from your products! Not the best gray coverageI love the convenience factor, whereby I receive a shipment based upon a schedule of my choosing. The color match is great! Where I feel this product falls short, is in covering up all my gray. The first box I received have some additional pre-treatment product, which seems to do an amazing job.
