I wanted to like it but I just wasn't impressed...I wanted to love the product but even with two bottles it wasn't enough for my hair... and I wouldn't say my hair is super long (maybe a few inches past my shoulders). It is thick but I mentioned that in the questionnaire, so if they had suggested a third bottle I would have done it. But let's face it, three bottles worth won't really save me much money (as opposed to going to my hair dresser). Loved the color; hated the conditioner!I ordered eSalon for the first time in 2015 and just got around to using it. While I loved the custom color results, I absolutely HATED the conditioner. It made my hair feel heavy and extremely oily, instead of its usual silkiness. Even after several rinsings, the product stayed in my hair, creating an unpleasant sticky feeling that also caused residual color to cling to my hands during brushing. Not what I wantedAfter my first color I received an email asking me if the color was correct or did I like and I said no it was not red enough. Wanted more red than brown. I was provided with some type of gloss, still not what I wanted. When the next order came out I was not even asked if I wanted to change it or how I liked it and it was just sent. Color is coming outIt's been 2 weeks since I colored my hair and my white hair is showing.
