Just OKI finally applied by custom color last week. This is the first time I am using eSalon custom color and I am slightly disappointed. I did not receive the 'Red' that I was going for, instead it is more of a copper color. Paste like haircolorI have been using hair color for about a year with great results. My last coloring turned into a gooey mess that took an hour to rinse out of my hair. When I tried to explain the problem to customer service I got an email staring I did not apply to roots correctly.
