Packaging was personalized at perfect!After two weeks of using this product my scalp has not stopped itching. No signs of bumps, but whatever was in this was apparently too strong for my scalp. I will not be purchasing this again unfortunately. I selected a reddish brown over my already processed black hair and the color was not as lifted as I had hoped , but some of the red tones did peek out somewhat. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not HappyVery displeased with how difficult Esalon is having matching the color I'm able to create using in store purchased coloring. It has not been convenient at all for me as their advertisement leads the public to believe. Worst hair color experienceThis hair color option seemed promising. I followed all the instructions (not hard to do since I have been dying my own hair for 20+ years). It just seemed that color was "sticky" and even after using their shampoo and conditioner included (as instructed) my hair felt very weird. The next couple of days it continued to feel strange. Then I finally used a very fine comb with my shampoo and it "scraped" off residue. Then my hair felt back to normal. The color was not at all what I expected. I wanted a dark black, they sent that with some red/purple in it (Which I expressed to "my colorist" my hair doesn't hold reds). Who knows why they sent that. And it hasn't even been a month and it needs to be redone. At least with my Garnier brand I can go 8+ weeks. Not impressed, will not try again.
