Finally! The PERFECT match!I wish to extend my sincere thanks to the team who worked with me (a few times) in order to obtain the exact color of my natural hair. My BAD, as I had originally gone a little too dark...Also, they were not cavalier about sending me just any color-change. They were very considerate and explained to me how any kind of shade difference must be done slowly, so as not to create any kind of "halo" or "bi-color" effect. Well, their methodology worked! I am good to go from now on. Thanks to eSalon, it's great to not have to worry about my color or damaging my hair. I loved the darker brown I ordered when I was younger, Time to go lighter now!Do NOT SEND ME THE HAIR COLOR I USED BEFORE, I AM UPGRADING MY PROFILE, THE NAMED OF THE HAIR COLOUR I USED TO COLOUR MY HAIR WITH WAS CALLED: Dark Brown Intense Pearl CUSTOM FORMULA ID:NH-01-20V. If you resend me the stated colour I will send it back and won't pay for it an use you warranty of 100% satisfaction Guaranteed. I want a nice natural brown, not a medium brown, or a dark blond or anything of the sort, I just want a much nicer brown to make ch with my very light skin and getting ready to transition to a more natural colour, but for now it needs to be hiding all the gray. I love your company, and I hope that I will enjoy my new colour. If you have brush on highlight cream I would like to hear about it before you send me my order, please feel free to email me. Thank you. I am getting older and need a lighter color, I will choose a LIGHTER colour in my profile, we have also moved and I also changed the address, phone, credit card number. Too darkThe color turned dark grey on roots and green on my ends freaked me out rinced out after 10 minutes, the color was a dark blonde NOT lightest blonde. Too dark!I was pleased with the initial all over color results, but the root refresher is too dark. I followed the instructions exactly for two separate root applications 5 weeks apart & received the same results, a very noticeable difference in color. It looks as if I have really dark roots growing out. I have messaged esalon with my concerns. I'll give them one more shot if the formula is changed & then I'm done.
