My hair was the same for years (since 2003) with the same box color, which I loved w my pale skin and green eyes. Then the company changed their formula.... Plus I got older with 90% gray.... My gray wasn't taking the color and the color did not have the vibrancy it once did with the old formula. I decided to tried eSalon (thanks To friends that have used the service). I'm happy! Blended nicely. Great gray coverage. My hair is super soft after coloring and super close to the red I loved for years. Will be a repeat customer for sure! Thanks eSalon!!!

I have hard to color grey and dark hair! This has been the best match and color I have ever used! Better than salon color for me!

I love that my roots stay covered much longer than with other salon colors that I have tried. The color is perfect.

I have midback length, thick hair. There was plenty of solution for full coverage. Wasn't harsh or overtly pungent. The shampoo and conditioner were gentle and added sheen and silkiness beyond belief. I was impressed with the kit including not one but two pairs of gloves and the packets of stain guard and remover--what more could you ask for?!
