The box is great, the color is notI liked how everything was in the box. It felt very, very personalized. Everything you needed was in there! It was a bit messy but that’s kind of expected. My problem is the color. It didn’t turn out anywhere near what I thought it would. So I’m disappointed in that. Would I try it again? maybe, but probably not, sadly. I really wanted this to be the new way of doing my hair. Colorist didnt listenMy first order was perfect, The second one went too dark and now the third time I am so embarrassed my grey roots are way lighter than the shaft of my hair.
