Not impressedI was excited to get their custom color mix, instructions say to out on the roots first and those are red not brown.. after almost 3 weeks color still stains my towels.. Brassy HairHair turned brassy orange. Called Customer Service and color was adjusted. In December I put the adjusted color on my hair. Again hair more brassy than the first time. Called Customer Service again. In the time that’s passed I decided I will go to my hairdresser that I’ve used for years to correct the brassiness. Not so good.I colored my hair yesterday,and had a lot of hair fall out in the shower as well as when I combed it out,just kept falling out.Spoke to customer service today and was told it was because I have been coloring my hair for a while?? I never have had this happen to me ever before. So I totally disagree with whom ever I spoke with.Infact my hair never felt like it did when I rinsed it out.Didn't feel like my hair at all.Pretty sure it burnt or desolved my hair.WAY TO HARSH!!! Not the color I expectedI tried esalon for the first time last week after using Revlon for 30 years. I liked the product but I was disappointed with the color. I was expecting a medium auburn. because there isn't anything lowerI have never colored my own hair but this sounded really safe. I went thru the multi questions . I have brown / grey hair want dark blond. I got red and bright red. omg. I called and was told that for no extra fee if I emailed pictures they would send me the fix. this was Monday. on Thursday I called to find out when to expect the package. I was told that they had closed my account because they could only darken my hair not lighten it. I asked why no one had sent me a message . she claimed it was sent. I've gone line by line in both in mail and spam and they never sent me anything just two surveys to ask about my experience. I have now spent $12 for a product from walgreens color oops to fix my hair. I would not recommend this site if it sounds too good to be true..... 3 of 3 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
