ImpressiveI used esalon first time. Communication was great. I got a honest advice after I described my hair colour issues. I used my new hair colour today , It so much better than the commercial hair colours. I know my hair issue is complex ,it will take few more months till the colour will be perfect. Finally I Found My ColorI just wanted to say thank you to eSalon- you did it! It took a few little tweaks but you listened and applied to achieve exactly what I was hoping for. My hair is now that medium brown I have been trying to achieve for YEARS.. The struggle has always been the color pulled brassy-- or it was way too dark. When I reached out to the eSalon team the color was better- but it wasn't exact to what I wanted- then I wrote to your experts a second time - small tweak- but still not perfect- third time around wrote again- moment of silence... Custom color setNow I LOVE my beautiful color, it suits me so well and I have recommended Esalon to everyone who comments on it!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they don't send me quite enough color to cover my hair even tho I have expressed this many times to my color care specialist(s). Best hair color and customer service ever!Thank you so much for getting my color to me in CA and waving the charge! I checked at home in PA and the box never showed up. HorribleThis was too dark, did not cover grey, and dried my hair out more than any other color I have ever used before. You couldn’t even tell that it had been colored. Just made it look very dry and unhealthy. No difference in color. DisappointedI had my first purchased last October ‘24 and it didn’t work to my hair and i still have some color left. I was shocked when i checked in my email i had ordered notification last December 8, 2024. I directly contacted customer service in the same day just a couple of minutes difference to report the issue. Jackelyn who reply me after a day and said the item is already ship (how come??) just received the notification and ship already!!! She adviced me to wait my ordered to arrived and return the item in order to get a refund and i will pay the shipping. I am charged 2x of shipping. I am very very disappointed of the item as well their responsed of my issued. Once i will received my refund.. i will never never order again. Never!! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
