Beautiful color but dry hairI love the color… Bright, natural looking, multi dimensional. Covered my gray amazingly well. Color was not lightened as stated in emailI put in request to change my current color as I wish to go lighter. The email response was Esalon would lighten my current as much as possible and recommended a color lightening set along with my color. I added the lightening set and continued to check the color change on my regular color. Unfortunately until after it shipped was I able to see the adjustments and nothing was adjusted. BEWARE AS THEY PUT YOU ON AUTO REORDERI only wanted to try and see if I could color my own hair. The color was way too dark.
