Color is just ok, my fault when orderingThe formula is thick and kind of oily so it stayed in my hair and felt really greasy until I used vinegar to get it completely washed out of my hair the next day. no grey coverageAfter the first use and maybe 2 washes it was like I did not even color my hair. I wrote back and said I needed a higher grey coverage formula and you just extended the time by 10 minutes....No difference in the final result.
