Love it!I absolutely love this! My hair is in great condition and the product helps it Stay healthy and shiny. It's always sent in time, and my requests are always heard and answered. Best of the Best! Not going anywhere!Wow-I took a chance and I have never looked back! I always went to the "upscale" salon as added security that nothing would go wrong. The color was always expensive and took a big chunk of my time. I was never the person who enjoyed getting my hair colored with a group of people. When I tried an over the counter, my neighbors were verbal about the "mistake." Orange? Not sure exactly. I took a chance on eSalon, must have been an Angel whispering in my ear, and I love the color! I love the packaging! I adjusted it once because of the season, and it was no problem. Hot rootsI have used hair color at home for years. From boxed dye to professional formulas, and never have I had any issues. I tried eSalon for my usual dark brown haircolor, and am horrified by the results. I followed the directions for root and length application to a T. The result? Hot roots! Great coverage!Always be skeptical of hair color when ordering online...except from eSalon! I asked for a specific red color...I know, I know...red doesn't stay in very long, red can look 'magenta-ish', red can wash you out...blah, blah, blah....but what I asked for and what I got....WOW! my color looked as good as when I go to a professional salon...better yet, it wasn't near as $$. eSalon gives you the option of changing anything about your hair color that you didn't like from last time. Not a problem for me....I asked for a color that a certain celebrity sported and I got exactly that glorious, red color I have so wanted! Very pleased with the colorI think I will continue with esalon because of the results I get and how it conditions my hair. I have very slow-growing hair, so I only need to redo every 3+ months or so.. till then the color does not seem to fade and actually I like it more after a few washings.
