Not consistentI'm not sure why my hair came out different since I did not change the formula, but my hair color is not the same as the last order. In the sunlight it looks bright orange and in my home lighting it looks a light brownish color. It is supposed to be a copper red color. And this time the dye became all chunky and gunky in my hair when I rinsed it out, which hasn't happened before so I'm not certain if the color products have changed, but the quality seems to have changed. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not all thatI'll admit the packaging looks phenomenal but after putting the product on the hair I was super excited. Then when it came time to wash it out there was clumps of nastiness in my hair that the little thing of shampoo they provide still won't get out even after using a comb and very hot water to remove them the first time. I then reached for my last resort wich was baby shampoo hoping it wouldn't ruin the color but in all honesty I wanted the clumpy stuff out of my hair. That got out the clumps thank god and I'm not sure if that made the red in my hair color not work or if it was the product itself but my hair is just brown now not the red brown I had chosen. Then afterward I look at my bathtub and there is this nasty red brown foam looking stuff that doesn't quite wash away with water, ew. Definitely NOT brighterI asked for an adjusted color to bring out the copper and red and now my hair looks brown. I paid $200 last summer to get the bright copper red done and bc I couldn’t afford to keep paying that, I started using eSalon. The first box was ok but definitely didn’t see much difference to make the brightness stay, so this one was supposed to be adjusted to make it bright and vibrant again. Total opposite. Left residueI noticed after I colored my hair it felt like it had a weird texture. Almost like it had heavy product left in it. It felt like that even after 3 washes. Not real happyThis did cover my gray which is hard to do, so thumbs up for that. But even though I got an Ash base with my dark blond and I wrote that my hair picks up brassy tones very easily and the color only had a sliver of gold....my hair turned out Alburn which will be brassy in a couple of shampooing..... so I will fix this by going to Sally's and getting a bleach to strip it out cuz that is the only way I can get the red out. Then I will by a Ash #7 and redo my hair....but this will only cover half my gray....but better than brassy. Glad I tried it. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Automatic subcription which I did not remember signing up forI haven’t use the product I ordered due to the colour bottles as yoo tght and nobody in the house can open it. Now I received an email informing me that my next order is coming which I did not remeber signing up for subscription or autmatic order. I placed my first order few months ago as a trial which I haven’t got the chance to use it yet. Why I decided to cancelI have short hair, with stubborn grays. The colors always cover my grays very well and last, however, it all just comes out dark brown on me. I had expected more shine, variation in color, and honestly for a single mom on a really tight budget, it's just too much money to continue for a product that never really came out just right.
