Great product.I've used this hair color twice, and I really like the color, and the condition of my hair after using it. The customer service is very good. Best Haircolor I Have Ever UsedI have been coloring my hair for over 30 years, and have now been using eSalon for about 2 years. eSalon is the best color I have ever used. The color stays true, the shine is terrific, and the convenience of having it come to my home on my schedule is great. Finally, I Have Vibrant Hair Color That I Love!This is the first time I had a great experience with coloring my hair myself. I have brassy tones which makes it difficult to find a color that won't give me orange highlights. My beautician recommended safe colors that turn out dull and boring. My experience with kits at the drug store were disastrous and looked nothing like the color on the box. Finally, I got up the courage to try eSalon. I explained my situation, included a photo of my current color, described what I wanted - and I got it! Never have I received compliments on my hair color, until now. I'm gradually working toward my natural, darker hair color. The colorist has done a wonderful job adjusting my color each time and instructing me how to apply it for best results. I couldn't be happier with my hair color since I tried eSalon. I tell a colorist what I want, it's delivered to my home, and I can do it at my convenience. And, it turns out better each time. Took the "scary" out of coloring my own hairI just got done with my 5th order and 3rd color change, tweaking it here and there and then going lighter and roots only for the last one. I was always terrified I would turn my hair green, orange, or some other color I did not want or fry my hair. Each time when I have dried it after coloring it, none of those things have happened and have been happy with the color and the ease of the process. For the summer I am doing roots only so my highlights still show. I let ESalon know and they mixed up the perfect color to cover my roots and gray. I can stay on top of that and then occassionally get highlights which is much more affordable than going and having my hairdresser do both. I am not scared anymore and appreciate ESalon's patience and desire to help me find the right color through the fall and winter and what I needed to do now that I have highlights. It is comforting to know a professional is assisting in the hair color picking process and not jjust left to what looks good on a box at the store and what that box does may not be what I need to get the results I want. hair colorI have had my hair colored for decades. Never did it myself since it is quite long and grew up with a mother who did her own hair and had black fingerprints on everything in her bathroom. My greatest fear was becoming my mother ;-). Big bold step, decided to try since am at the point where the grey hairs are coming in more frequently and having moved out of state no longer able to dash in and get my roots done inexpensively (long hair costs so much more even though the roots are at the hairline) at my favorite salon. Spoke with so many people regarding dyeing my hair, heard all the horror stories but decided to try at least once. eSalon guided my step by step and really worked with me getting a good color. Great part is with each order they provide you with a "kit" containing gloves, shampoo and cleaners so you just need to supply a couple of items. I did have my color adjusted recently and am still extremely happy. Turned my hair redThis is my second time to use E Salon products. My first time was a good experience but I needed more gray coverage. The next kit was sent and it said "Dark Blonde" which is what I wanted. I used it without hesitation and it turned my hair almost RED! How does one get red from Ash, Dark blonde and neutral colors? Love the special attentionYou get great customer service even though you aren't in a salon. It's easy to use. Love being given two pair of gloves! Suggestion: I recently had my hair cut very short and the regular amount is way too much and I throw half out.
