Love the productWhen I purchased the product I was sceptical about getting good results from a clinician whom I've never seen. It turned out to be a great experience because it only took one small change and I was getting the results I wanted without having to sit in an expensive salon for two hours. Love eSalon!I was really scared to try this but am so glad I took a leap of faith and trusted your color experts to put together a color that was especially tailored to ME! I absolutely LOVE the color...especially how it's the perfect blend of red highlights that prevent me from looking like a blahzay blonde. My hair has a facet of colors....it looks like I went to the salon and had my hair weaved. I appreciate the automatic shipment, too...very convenient! Love the coloring from Esalonlove the hair color from ESalon. The color seems so natural. I've had people come up to me and say that they like the color on me. I had used other brands, some that I tried and my hair dried out, it felt like straw, and it just didn't feel right. Some that I had used, the coverage didn't cover all of the grays, some of the colors didn't seem to appear as natural-looking as I wanted and some of the colors have faded and changed quickly. With the color from ESalon, I haven't had these issues. Yes, everyone's hair and self is different and people may get different outcomes. My results, I have been happy with, ecstatic that I don't dye my hair every month and yet it still looks terrific. I could go longer between dying with their hair color than other brands that I had tried. The coloring in the stores are less money than going to a professional, that's often the biggest reason as to why people color at home, because of the cost. This hair dye from Esalon is not going to cost you only $2 or $3.00 or $5.00 like some of those that you could get in the store, it will cost you more, not a lot more, and it is still going to be less than a hair stylist at a salon. What you do get from Esalon is not only excellent coverage and a beautiful lasting color, but you get real people who talk to you. People that explain things to you, not only through emails, but also through phone calls. You get personalized service and your questions answered and they ask you questions if needed to find out the information to help you get your best product. I am happy with my hair color and service at Esalon. I also look forward to receiving them when they come, and I could change them up a bit, say if I want to go a little lighter, just drop them a note in the order. Perhaps, one day, they'll be options for other dye items such as a smaller amount or bottle with a comb on it designed for root touch ups or a spray bottle that you could squirt for highlighting, especially during the summer. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. My color!I really like the color n the coverage. I was just wondering if some highlites can be added to my color. Love your site!!! Great color and coverageall of the last year I had been adding a little more red and a little more gold, at one point thought hair was getting a little too light in color. changed back to original color without missing a beat. color was adjusted just as I wanted and coverage for gray hair has always been great. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. I love that my shade is always my choice not the Department stores!I have always self colored by box and I had been very happy with the results and the brand that I had formerly used. The only problem I had was that I could not be sure I could find the same color even when I knew the number; stores would be out of it when I was shopping or they stopped carrying it all together then I was on a great hunt for a new color and/or place to get it. With eSalon they send me MY color (it even has my name on it) on my chosen schedule. They notify me when they are preparing my color so if I want to change my color I can work with the colorist online to get the color I want every time! It is as easy to do at home as any box color and looks like it was done in a salon. Grey coverage is excellent!!! They include 2 pair of nice quality gloves and a few other goodies in their kit that I thought was impressive like stain guard and stain remover.
