Not enough dye to cover the amount of hair and it washed out within 2 weeksTheir products are great and easy to use!! However for me I have extra thick hair!!! So they haven't sent enough color to cover the amount of hair I have. The dye also washed out within a few weeks of the color date. Love, Love, Love this hair color.It's gentle but doesn't take forever like an organic color would. It covers the thick gray hair mixed in with my dark brown and everyone comments on how shiny my hair is. It is so easy to use, I love it. Rich colorThe color and shine last a long time. Not hard to use. You get all you need gloves, shampo, conditioner, color remover, and the last one I can't remember the name but it keep the color off your face. Comes to the door.
