Awful!!! I need a refund for two months!!The first time I used e salon it was great. The second time I used e salon it turned my hair a pink red! I was so upset, I made an appointment at a reputable salon in Houston. It was a 5 HR appointment during which they scrubbed my hair so they did not have to strip it and damage it anymore than it was already damaged. I had to go to a MUCH darker color and it cost me around 300.00. It has taken me almost a month to get over the frustration and anger. I received my Oct color pack the other day and it reminded me to let you know how absolutely awful your product is! I will not be using it again, I will not be recommending it to anyone and I am very, very disturbed and wanted to let you know how much grief it has caused me. The best color ever!I was SO nervous to try this. But, people have made so many comments about the color of my hair, not the coloring part, but expressing their desire to have my NATURAL hair color. My stylist changed my original request which added to my nervousness, but she was SO on point.
