Too orangeHello, I claerly specified in my original order that I needed to stay away from orangish shines I too frequently get from hair colors. And the shade you prepared was no exception, it was faaaar too orange for my complexion. Nevertheless, the whites were well covered and the color actually ages very nicely. please, make the new batch bluer or anything needed to avoid any orange shades!!!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. way too dark, blackI am frustrasted. My hair is dark brown, not black. Well, now is it black. I sent pictures along with selecting my natural color through the quiz. The Worst At Home ColorThis was my second time "trying" your at-home coloring, and it turned out absolutely horrible!!! The color came out way too dark, and left this horrendous sticky/waxy residue on my hair that took forever to come off. This is not what I paid 18 dollars for! I am demanding my money back!!! Sticky hairI really liked this color it was easy to apply but when it came to finding out the color it made my hair look and feel sticky and waxy. I've never used a hair color that made my hair feel this way. It took multiple washings to get the coating off my hair. Color was way too darkThe color was too dark and I would have to buy more product to get the color I wanted. I was told without buying that product I can't go lighter. I had my hair lightened by a professional and he said this is not true. I asked 4 more hair stylist and all of them said hair can be lightened with dye. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not the experience I’d hoped for.I was sent a preview of my color shortly after ordering and it was. NOT what I hoped for and I immediately reached out to try and change it. The first response I got was simply suggesting I do a strand test. No offer to halt production and discuss my concerns or even compassion for my situation considering this is my HAIR and not a pair of shoes. By the time customer service responded to my second request for help, the box had already been shipped. I was (and still am) frustrated because other reviews talked about how personal the process was, but it didn’t work that way for me. I tried the strand test but the color didn’t take, so I went for the full application. I had two bottles- 1 roots, 1 ends. What I wanted was to match my current deep red color (which I was VERY clear about and added a photo as suggested). What I ended up with was a muddy brown with limited gray coverage. I hope other people have a better experience than I did. Dreadful experienceIf I could give 0 stars, I would have. After all the advertisements I expecting a fantastic color. In summary: The color is way too dark Not even near red enough It did not cover my greys The color does not have shine The product is too liquid, which makes the application a struggle It has so much amonia I almost passed out with the smell It damaged my hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. color not rightI was so extremely disappointed in my results. The color I asked for was "lighter rather than dark". I even sent a picture. My hair is so dark, auburn I guess. Not what I wanted.
