there was no purpleI wanted a color that was dark as my nature color is dark, but I was wanting to picking up the purple/ violet as I had lighten my hair so right now when I went back to my darker color would be the perfect time to do that. it did not do that it just went dark 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. 3rd times a charmAfter explaining to esalon that I was not interested in their product because I didn't like the colour after 2 tries, I gave them another chance. I received the new dye and was disappointed because it looked very light and the description was light brown. I had said I wanted darker and more red. Well, when I dyed my hair last night the colour turned out perfect. I'm very pleased. I don't know if I will get it again because it's too expensive. Too lightI tried numerous times to get my usual color changed to a darker, ashier blond. No response came back to me. Color is good otherwise but it appears that any directives made to colorists goes unheeded. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

A work in progressThis is my first change in color. I am naturally a medium blonde and have recently decided to go darker. More medium brown. This time I decided to go a bit lighter with a better tone. Still seeing too much red. Will try one more time and then it might be time to have a person to person meeting with a stylist.
