Great hair color productI love my esalon color. I just filled out the initial colors I wanted in a color product and wonderfully it has been a color that I love and I get lots of compliments on it. Perfect colorI am very pleased with my blonde color. It is so easy to make changes to my color. If you want it lighter or darker, they just change it for you. It is so nice it just comes in the mail. Best at home hair color!!!!I am so pleased with my hair color! I have been coloring my hair for over 25 years due to being prematurely gray. I used store bought color for 15 years and then had a stylists color my hair for 5 years. I loved having it done professionally of course but my hair is almost to my waist and it was very expensive. My stylist moved so I decided to try eSalon. I am very happy I did. My hair looks like a professional did it plus, I have saved so much money why would I ever want to stop doing that? Working Out the KinksI've tried this haircolor twice now. The first time I was sent medium brown. The process was easy and stress-free. The color was beautiful but much, much too light. My medium brown was more like dark blonde. So I requested a darker color the second time. Received it. Same easy process. The color turned out exactly as I'd hoped. It is really amazing how natural it looks. My hopes were high until after about the third shampoo when I realized that just like all the other hair colors I've tried, the color was washing out. Everytime I cleanse my hair I step out of the shower looking just a wee bit blonder. So disappointing. I was hoping this haircolor would last a little longer. So I contacted eSalon and asked them if there's any way they could make the color last longer without making my hair darker or without using more chemicals. GreatI was actually sitting in the stylist's chair getting a cut when another women said my hair color was "perfect" for my coloring, clothes and time of year. Does it get better than that? P.S.
