Faded almost immediatelySadly this color needed to be applied twice and still did not stay for longer than 3 weeks. My hair is now back to the color it was before I colored my hair, all of the red is gone. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Wrong ColourAfter reading so many positives reviews I couldn't help but give eSalon a try. But as the saying goes - if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. The packaging was gorgeous, the product came nearly a week early, the instructions seemed a little off to me .. my hair was black, colour stripped and redyed so rather red in colour. I needed to neutralize the red and get back to my natural ash dark blonde. Instructed to leave dye on my roots alone for upwards of 30 minutes despite already being the colour I was attempting to get to and a whopping 3 minutes on the rest of my hair and not as straight due but as diluted and washed in as if it were a shampoo didn't seem like long enough to both neutralize the red tones and correct the colour. Let alone do so evenly. Despite my uncertainty I did just that and sure enough I now have a caramel light brown head that is horribly inconsistent rather than a nice dark ash blonde throughout.
