Not Happy At AllProduct was very runny. Making it hard to apply with a brush/bowl set. Better designed for bottle application. Color selected was a Blonde with Copper. It was to take my very light blonde hair and make it a bit more of a strawberry blonde. I got mid level brown almost auburn. I'm VERY disappointed in the color. Darker than expectedMy hair prior had a at home dye treatment that faded to coppery red. I wanted to get back to my natural color, which is a dark brown. I did my hair last night and the color looked almost black (which I am ok with), but that damn red is still there too. Results were not as expectedI used the color chosen for me, and my hair is still a reddish tone. In my opinion, this color did not help. I was advised to use a color with ash in it. Very upset customer!!I don't understand why you would ask for any remarks after you place an order because it seems like you ignore them any way. I asked if you could please send me the same thing I purchased in the past and if possible please just add a little more gold highlights and you put more copper in it. I'm very upset because it seems like you didn't even care to pay attention to anything I asked of you. Now I'm stuck with this color that I don't like at all. Too RedThis was eSalons 4th attempt to eliminate the red tint added by coloring. My hair was previously natural; never colored. The eSalon process is a complete guessing trial and error process. All color sets have made my once golden brown hair, look red. Their 5th attempt is in process now. MehThe color is good, however, it won’t rinse properly out of my hair. I followed the instructions exactly, and have scrubbed my hair 3 times since dying it.
