I over processed my endsI haven't done my hair in so long because I got the stuff so early and I had an infection on my scalp. So when we went to do my hair it was so gray and so washed out. the color really stuck in but we had to wash it through to the ends and now it's very very dried out. Help me what can we do?????? I usually go get my hair done but the last time I did she didn't do a very good job. But I can't say we did either it's not your product I know it was just us! I've heard nothing but Raves about your product and I can't wait to try again but my hair just looks all one color and I don't like that too much either. Not your fault, I like high or low lights. Need a warmer blonde with lighter blonde highlights if possible...not red pleaseI should return this last bottle for a darker warm blonde with a small amount of gold not red highlights...I do not want to use the one sent as it does pull too mush red on back of head roots and crown...sides and frontal areas are still more reddish gold instead of blonde with lighter blonde highlights...what do you suggest? 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Worst home dye set I've usedThis was by far the least user friendly home dye set I have used. Firstly the stain protect did absolutely nothing I have stains on ears, behind ears, on my neck and on my forehead. Secondly despite having commented that I have very thick hair didn't receive enough dye to colour all of my hair (I used 2 bottles), fortunately due to greys I started at the front so it isn't too noticeable until I re-dye it. New formula?The conditioner does not rinse clean. Since the new packaging, the conditioner leaves my hair sticky. Impossible to Cancel Auto-shipmentsThe idea is great; have hair color formulated for me and shipped to me. The reality is that it is nearly impossible to find a way to cancel my subscription. So disappointedI have been a customer since 2015 and mostly have loved my hair color. The last 2 shipments have been very disappointing. I follow the instructions to the letter but both times when I go to rinse out my hair color, it feels like my hair is caked with glue. I rinse and rinse and rinse some more to no avail. I use your shampoo and conditioner and my hair still feels gross. I just colored and spent 30 minutes in the shower trying to get the “goo” outta my hair. I ended up putting shampoo in twice because I could not get the water to run clear. When I towel dried it, I still got dark haircolor residue on my towel. It is now dry and feels like there is a slick coating on my hair. So, back to the shower I go. This time I will just use my regular shampoo and pray that the color won’t completely wash away. It was a good first experience.The instructions explained the steps well enough for me to do it as a first timer. The color was a nice hue on its own but there really isn't much change to what my hair looks like. Sometimes I can see the color but it blends in with my natural color, which is kind of good.
