I love it!!This is my second time using esalon and it is great! So far I am loving the products that come in my kit. My hair color (copper brown) has come out the way I was paying to have it done professionally. It is so easy to do at home at my leisure. Beautiful!I am so happy to finally have a hair color that is vibrant and leaves my hair so shiny! I usually have to buy 2 applications for my hair, and it still doesn't come out that great. Harsh Chemicals and Wrong ColorMy hair is naturally a golden reddish brown and I decided to change it to a dark browish purple. I was provided a devloper and liquid color. The process is easy and the packaging looks nice. I followed all of the instructions and I've done my hair multiple times by myself. My stylist usually just mixes product for me and I apply it. (she's a close friend) Well I was busy and she was away so I tried this out. When I went to rinse the product my hair felt like straw!!! I had to use my Aveda moisture rich shampoo and deep conditioner right away bc it was super brittle!! I spoke to my stylist and told her what happened and she said IN NO WAY THIS A SALON STYLE PRODUCT. She said this is color from a Sallys or beauty salon. She said they should have only used a 6 on my ends and a 10 on my roots. They used a 20 and now my hair is BLACK. I'm cancelling my next order and will not use them again. Like it but....I love the fact that it's a little darker without being too dark. I have received loads of compliments. My only hesitation is I wish it had a touch less copper.
