I love the color and the ease of doing it myself.I love my new hair color. The first time I colored my hair it was a little darker than I wanted. But now it is perfect and sooo easy! Rich chocolate hue I was looking for!I am so happy with my hair color! I wanted to get a rich chocolate hue after a long summer season in the sun. Since my hair was porous and light, a salon color appointment caused my hair to be much darker than I really wanted. I waited a couple of months for the salon color to tone down and placed my order on eSalon.com. I selected the shade I was aiming for, provided some comments and uploaded a photo of myself to help my color stylist. My color expert Brittany put together the best color! The packaging and personalized instructions were awesome! I was able to easily apply the color and achieved the results I really wanted. I'm thrilled with my experience and am telling friends about eSalon. Did not turn out rightI got a custom made color because i wanted to go light blonde. I sent pics of my hair and made notes saying that my hair tebds to turn brassy . Im not surprised with my luck lately of coyrse my gahr didnt turn out right. Its brassy n much much darker than i wanted. I knew that it wouldnt be as light as i wanted since esalon only lightens by 2 shades difference but i feel like it bareley lifgtened n just went brassy..... it looks lije dark caramel or peanut butter. Same as store bought boxed hair colorThe bells and whistles are what cost you more, not product. I followed the directions properly, and eSalon did not even cover my grey/white.
