Did not turn out rightI got a custom made color because i wanted to go light blonde. I sent pics of my hair and made notes saying that my hair tebds to turn brassy . Im not surprised with my luck lately of coyrse my gahr didnt turn out right. Its brassy n much much darker than i wanted. I knew that it wouldnt be as light as i wanted since esalon only lightens by 2 shades difference but i feel like it bareley lifgtened n just went brassy..... it looks lije dark caramel or peanut butter. Same as store bought boxed hair colorThe bells and whistles are what cost you more, not product. I followed the directions properly, and eSalon did not even cover my grey/white. Look better at picture givenIf you were in doubt as to the color the custumer wants please refer back to pictures or contact us. Not pleased. Not enough to cover all hair and its a drastic change and my hair feels horribly dry now. Not shiny. Very dull. Not salon quality to me.
