So close yet so farOrder arrived a week earlier than expected, which was great! Packaging was brilliant, had all that was necessary and was easy to use. Issues: it did not cover my pink strands. I picked the bleached highlights option and specifically added the information to the colourist, but my auburn colour has these pink strands still in it. This is a shame because I actually like the colour on the rest of the hair and in terms of damage it is quite reasonable, but I will probably have to apply something else to reach a more uniform colour...
