Not the right colour and hasn't covered greyI asked for an ash light grey - what I get was quite a reddish-brown. I quite like the colour, but I wanted it as natural as possible- and my natural colour is not at all red. The grey hasn't taken the colour either - at all. I was Shocked that I Loved it....I was delighted that even though I received 2 custom colors, they were actually different, a separate color for the roots and ends.... Wow!!
