my hair came out looking like a copper pennythe product is a very good product - hides all the greys and was easy to apply. the odor was sooo intense, not good for people with liver problems to breathe in all the fumes. really don't know what chemical it was thou. the colorist changed my color and I spent my weekend washing my hair over and over again just to tone down the red copper penny color. Plus the roots are so much darker than the rest of my hair. It definitely looks like a bad home dye job. Packaging and color coverageI have very gray hair so coverage is important. I'm not sure if the color I selected is too light or my hair isn't taking up the color.
