Custom Hair ColorI Really didn't like the colour i received at first i even cancelled my order but after a few days the colour seemed to settle (lighten) to the colour i wanted, it felt dry and horrible just after colouring but after the first wash it felt great, i have really long hair so the shampoo and conditioner packets that were sent are not big enough, maybe why it felt dry, overall the service and colour you receive for the money you pay is great!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great service but didn't match the color rightEverything about the site and system is awesome. However, the color job I received ended up being my exact color with a hint of red to it. I even sent a pic of the color I wanted and explained I wanted to go lighter. It's definitely not lighter if anything it's a bit darker.
