Great ResultsI have been coloring my hair for several years. I have been to expensive salons, to chain hair salons and have done the diy at home hair color. Esalon is by far my favorite hair coloring process. The results are shiny, even colored hair. The roots are covered perfectly and the color is long lasting. Perfect!My colorist got the exact color I wanted and this product is so easy to use! Can't find this perfect color in the stores. My hair is short, so I don't use much and can get 2 coloring sessions out of one box! The color reminds me of my younger days....ahhhhh. =) Can't go wrong with this program. wrong color but great customer servicei wanted a violet tone and got copper but the staff was very eager to help me with updating this and changing my formula. Everyone was so helpful!!
