Perfect!My colorist got the exact color I wanted and this product is so easy to use! Can't find this perfect color in the stores. My hair is short, so I don't use much and can get 2 coloring sessions out of one box! The color reminds me of my younger days....ahhhhh. =) Can't go wrong with this program. wrong color but great customer servicei wanted a violet tone and got copper but the staff was very eager to help me with updating this and changing my formula. Everyone was so helpful!!
