I like it HOT!The color change recommendation was right on time. At first when I applied the color I thought it was going to turn out bright red. That's not what I was going for. 2nd time was a charm!Giving up dark blonde and admitting I really have mousy brown hair led me to make my first order. I had no idea what I was doing (It was the first time I've ever colored my hair by myself) and selected a color I thought I would like, but it turned out I didn't. The color itself looked fantastic and I got a ton of comments - I just didn't like it. I left feedback and was able to talk with a live person who helped me problem solve. Awful Product!!!I have colored my hair for more than 25 years and have used various products. I have never had a product dry my hair out like eSalon's product did. My hair literally felt like straw and the color faded to a nasty brassy color within a week. I had to go pay a hair stylist $120 to fix the damage done to my hair by this product. I would give this product -5 stars if I could. Unfortunately, in order to leave this review, I had to select one star. If you are thinking about buying this product, spend some time looking for real reviews. Not HappyMy grays are not covered I wish I could send a picture to show you how unhappy I am. I followed the instructions on my touch up just like I did the first time which promoted me to order for my touch up I'm just nor satisfied and I don't like to see my not fully gray covered unhealthy hair right now 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
