Would give ZERO stars if I couldMy kit arrived damaged. I tried to chat online, but as soon as I wrote a message in the chat, WHAM! the chat disappeared and I could not reload it. I tried sending a message....same thing. I got the color allover my hands when retreiving the mail, as the color bottle was open and damaged. Needless to say, it got on my hands as well. Convenient but not liking the product overall5 stars for convenience, price, packaging, and customer service. However, I’m not a fan of how much residue is left in my hair as if I left coconut oil in that won’t wash out. I have dark brown hair and needed this product for grey coverage (3 stars) and to tone the red (2 stars). I know this is challenging, but the red is still there and needs more green to balance, and the grey coverage doesn’t last long. 0 stars for how difficult it is to wash out. It’s weird, but I feel like my first experience was the best. Each other time just somehow became worse. I just lost motivation to continue to use this. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. It’s April 11 2019 . Send my money back..I did not sign up for continued purchase!!! I want my money back.. stop sending me packages.. I sent back the pkg and still no refund. The formula changedI have been using this for quite some time (since 2/2016) and the quality has been excellent and consistent. I never had to update the color and my hair has been even. Then the box changed and with that the hair color. The quality of the color and supplies (even the font) has significantly decreased. It is like it is a knock off of the former version. I wanted to give the new formula a few tries but no... There is a clear line in my hair color from the previous colorings and this new version. So disappointed. I am now looking for an alternative after being happy with this product for over two years and many colorings.
